Is fitness effective?

Im told that staying active while going through colon cancer treatments is one of the best ways to recover. However, the effects of chemotherapy have been giving me fatigue and not motivating me to want to exercise. Anyone else having this issue and can give me suggestions of how to help. I have always had motivation problems so i need creative ways

My father had that issue alot when he was going through chemo. What motivated him was finding a partner. He often times had a friend or family member (myself) go on walks with him. This not only distracted him from his legs wanting to collapse from the tiredness, but also kept him pushing. When picking a partner they should be your cheerleader. Someone who knows not to push you to much, but keep you motivated when you feel like giving up. Good conversation helps too!

I hope everyone is having a great holiday season this year! Pauly, maybe a good way to stay motivated is making this our new years resolution. There's no better time to make a new goal or dedication, and commitment to staying active would be a great one! Hope everyone has a happy new year  :D
