so what comes next?
« on: December 06, 2018, 12:38:09 pm »
My wife recently found a strange mole on her arm, and got it tested. The biopsy came back and it is melanoma. She is 62 years old, in great condition. I have never been around cancer so I dont know what to recommend next or how any of this works. That being said:
How fast can it spread?
What treatments have others used?
I want to be able to support her, so would like some guidance. Thanks.

Have you guys been in contact with a plastic surgeon? I would recommend finding one that deals with skin cancer related patients and see what they say.

Hoping it was caught early enough! Any cancer can be scary, but if it is caught early surgery can remove it. Keep us updated
