tips/recommendations to help prevent skin cancer
« on: July 31, 2019, 09:50:37 am »
I recently found out that skin cancer runs in my family. I’m trying to stay calm because I typiaclly take good care of myself and avoid tanning beds or excessive time in the sun, but I really want to avoid this by any means necesssary. Does anyone have particular sunscreen recommendations that have worked well on a day-to-day basis, or other general tips? Anything really is appreciated, just want to be proactive. Thanks!
