Living with Liver Cancer / Re: HCC
« on: December 02, 2020, 12:13:30 pm »
Hi to everyone on CH!

I have good news during these crazy times. My liver transplant went as well as could be expected and these last 6 months have been a long recovery. The strong meds to prevent rejection really took a toll on my body and I have found that getting physically fit (I was a frequent gym goer prior to the transplant) has been difficult. anyone have any tips for getting active during/after recovery?
