Living with Breast Cancer / diagnosed with triple negative BC
« on: December 02, 2020, 12:08:57 pm »

I am currently undergoing treatment for TNBC. I've been on a combination of Keytruda and chemotherapy and one of the worst things has been feeling alone and misunderstood. Most people know about metastatic BC but I feel like TNBC is largely forgotten. Would really appreciate some tips for finding community during this tough time. Esp with COVID-19 I have been feeling very lonely. I have a supportive husband, but my kids are grown up with their own kids and live across the country, so it's hard to feel so disconnected. thanks :)

Living with Breast Cancer / When should I worry
« on: January 06, 2020, 05:01:48 pm »
hi all,

I have a tendency to be a hypochondriac, so I need some advice here:
I have a history of breast cancer in my family and have been feeling fatigued, nauseous, some swelling in my breasts, and slight pain as well.

Could this just be some weird pms thing or am i potentially experiencing warning signs of breast cancer??? for reference i am a 35yr old woman.

My mom used to worry about marks specifically on the foot, saying it was pretty unusual for freckles to be there so it could be cancerous. Recently I’ve noticed a few and am not sure how long I’ve had them but they look like normal freckles to me. Is this cause for concern just because they are on my foot?
