Title: Skin protection
Post by: cholea26 on January 04, 2019, 03:36:48 pm
I recently found out that my daughter is usng tanning beds and im so nervous she will develop cancer. Should I make a doctors appointment to get her checked to be proactive? Also does anyone have any good creams or vitamins that could help reverse some of the downfalls of tanning?

hi Chloe, tanning beds can be really detrimental to skin I have freinds who still tan even though I went through skin cancer which is surpising to me. I am not sure of any ways to turn back the damage, but make sure she stays away from those things, and is really careful about future sun exposure. If you or her spot any weird spots definitely get them checked out.

Yearly checks can be super important. If you feel you or your child need to go to a dermatologist you should definitely go for it. There is no harm in taking precautions!
